| The Sundek Warranty: Sundek warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects and are fit for normal and usual purposes. The products must be inspected prior to installation and our liability will be limited to the extent of the cost of the product only. No claims shall be entertained if products are processed, damaged or altered in anyway. |

| A good laminate requires not only good workmanship but care and maintenance as well. |

| You may wipe laminate surface with ordinary soft damp cloth to remove stains, Household ammoniated liquid detergent can also be used. For stubborn stains first rub with diluted organic solvent stain remover and then wipe it clean with damp soft cloth. |

| Avoid usage of abrasive cleansers and wire brushes. The care and maintenances instructions are for our standard laminates and does not apply to Metalic & Silverene laminates, as they are created for special optical effects and are sensitive. |

Sundek however undertakes to change the defectives, if there is manufacturing defect our liability will be limited to the replacement of laminates only, provided the defective laminates are brought back to our Head Office or to our Authorised Dealer / Agent / Branch. |
